- Choose the right food - grilled food, better than fried food. Fried foods contain calories and high fat, also contain Trans fat. Consider eating vegetables twice of your taste. Very few people get the United States 7-9 dish of fruit and vegetables recommended for optimal health. In addition, avoid foods that contain starch, it can reduce the calories and carbohydrates.
